The room was spotless, with comfortable beds, fridge plus air conditioning, slept really well. The marvellous location was right at a long-running wax museum.

The hotel's location is great, being close to the city center, and even near the last stop of the bus from the airport. The rooms are also fantastic, with comfortable double beds and air conditioning, offering a lovely view of the mountains. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious.

Hotel Alliance seems to have been refurbished recently. The hotel met our requirements perfectly. It is situated in a quiet location only 10 minutes walk from the Sanctuary of Lourdes and we will certainly use it again on our nexr visit. Recommended.

Completely ignored "do not disturb sign" and still came into our room even though we specifically ask for it not to be serviced daily. It was also very noisy, the bathroom complicated with too many taps and free services advertised were not offered (no free WiFi). Also, no info about the hotel and difficult to get out early before the hotel opened up.

Pleasant hotel in a fairly nice area very close to restaurants, the cathedral and the river, which was lovely. Modern, air conditioned room with separate toilets, comfortable beds, as example!
